500 DKKa year
Not a month. We are a volunteer-run association, not a commercial gym.
We train adults and young people from 16. We don't run children's classes.
Experience in another martial art — Korean or not — is a good background to bring. Complete beginners are welcome too.
Seonmudo · 선무도
Seonmudo combines meditation, yoga, breathing exercises and dynamic movement. Its roots trace back to Buddhist temples in Korea, where it was developed as a holistic practice balancing body and mind.
The exercises range from slow, meditative sequences to explosive, powerful techniques — a practice for anyone, regardless of age, gender or fitness.

Korea · 한국
We travel to Korea to train — not as tourists, but as students, in the halls and temples the arts come from.
당수도
Close ties to the Korean Tang Soo Do federation, where the discipline has its roots.
골굴사
Seonmudo's head temple in Gyeongju, where the art has its home.
한국
Seonbae Dojang is the only association in Denmark with close ties to both.
